Have always received excellent service from Stauders; just this week though a problem with the fuel system reoccurred after only a month; when I took it in, they found the problem and on their own did not charge me for having to open up the fuel tank and such to replace the fuel pump.

Stauder automotive was responsive, friendly and, most importantly, fair. I couldn't be happier to have found such a convenient and excellent repair shop so quickly having just moved to Berkeley! I strongly recommend them and will be an ongoing customer for all of my car check-ups and needs.

It is so good to have a way to service my truck within walking distance of my house. And I get two Tootsie Rolls, one dropping off, and one picking up.

Since 2008 Stauder have done all service and maintenance on my 10 year old car. They do good work, keep the car safe and running well while at the same time they discourage me from spending any money where they think it's not worth it. My car is usually ready within a day. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel Stauder delivers reliable trustworthy service.

Being someone who knows nothing about cars, I often feel taken advantage of when it comes to getting work done on my car... but NOT at Stauder. I feel like I get quality service, sound advice, and good rates. I really appreciate having this place right across the street from me! Thank you very much for providing great, reliable service!

Everytime I take my car they have always been courteous, knowledgeable about whatever my car needs. Even if it means more money, it is worth it because I trust and value their opinion. I would rather take my car to them instead of the Chrysler Dealer. I trust them and this means alot to me.
